Employer-validated work experience that's not limited by location

We design online work experiences with employers, and back every one with the reach, engagement and social value data that proves it's working. For students, it's work experience that breaks down barriers to opportunity, reaching them early enough to shape a decision, no matter where they start or who they know.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Simulations and Programmes?
Both follow the same Learn, Try, Reflect journey: understand a role, take on a real task, then reflect on how you did. A Simulation is a single 3-5 hour session focused on one role. A Programme combines a curated set of Simulations into one longer, 8-10 hour journey across multiple roles, giving learners a broader view of your organisation, its mission, culture, industry and different routes in.
Can we start with one and add the other later?
Yes, you can start with Simulations and add on a Programme later on or vice versa, whatever suits!
Can the content be tailored to our specific roles?
Yes, we use input from SMEs (subject matter experts) to ensure content is as tailored and accurate as possible.
