On 18 November at The Steel Yard, London, students took the lead at Impact Amplified: The Shift , a new kind of awards night that put young voices in the spotlight.

The Shift celebrated the people driving change in early careers, social mobility, and social impact — from employers and educators to partners committed to helping young people become career-ready and access life-shaping opportunities.

It broke away from black-tie formality, creating something authentic, raw, and unforgettable. A night that recognised change-makers and placed students at the centre of the story.
