The Shift is for those driving change in early careers, social mobility, and social impact. It’s for employers, educators, and partners committed to helping young people become career ready and giving students access to opportunities that shape their futures.

This is where tradition ends and the future begins. The Shift moves away from black-tie formality and into something authentic, raw, and unforgettable. It’s about celebrating impact, recognising change-makers, and putting students at the centre of the story.
