Springpod just got its biggest update yet.

Young people have been using Springpod to explore careers, discover industries and find their direction for years. This update makes that journey more complete. From the moment a student discovers an employer to the moment they apply, it all happens in one place now.

New Student Dashboard

We've completely redesigned what students see when they enter the platform. It's now a personalised feed, where they can discover experiences, explore your opportunities and track their progress through incentivised Rockets and Career Readiness scores. Everything is now in one place, creating a smoother experience for students that they want to keep coming back to.

Partner Profile Pages

A centralised hub for your organisation within the platform. Students can join your network, read your 'about' section, view your video content and discover al your related experiences, programmes and opportunities in one place.

Networks Page

Students can browse through all employer networks and see who has opportunities available. When they find one that matches their interests, they can join the network with a single click, actively selecting what captures their attention.

Opportunities Page

Post your open opportunities within the platform that students can browse and filter through depending on their chosen type, location or industry. They can save opportunities, apply directly and practise with our AI Interview Coach. You can also invite engaged students in your target group to next-stage opportunities, events, or applications directly.

Favourites Page

Students can save your experiences to their favourites so they can easily access and come back to them.

Employer pathways

Structured pathways stacking your work experiences, skills programmes and Springpod’s AI Interview Coach in one clear path. Take students through a guided journey, curated by you.
